Clearing of vegetation on the site before the commencement of the project will have environmental impact. The Municipal Assembly will ensure that erosion is checked and by construction of necessary drains and planting of trees flowers and grasses. Dust and noise from the project site would not have significant impact on community members It is envisaged that there will not be any social conflicts because the land for the project is donated by the chief and elders of Yabiw.
